A minimum of five people are needed to be registered as a team.
Each team must designate a captain and a team name.

PAWtner donations may be turned in at registration.
Sponsors may donate online or by mail.
Donations will be tracked for you.

| Create your team!
Create your account and user profile.
Visit the team page and select "Create a Team."
Enter your team name then register yourself.
Encourage other team members to register early OR you can easily register them.
You can monitor your team's progress online by visiting the Team Information page by selecting 10/10/10 and clicking on Show Team. |
Print a registration form for each participant, complete all required information and mail them as a group, along with all registration fees, to the address provided on the registration form.
Once a team is registered, additional participants may join by specifying the team name on their registration form.
New team members may also register online. The team captain can monitor the team's progress online.

| Create your account and user profile. Visit Registration and select online. Choose your workout and choose your team from the drop down list. |
Print the registration form. Complete all required information and submit, along with the $30 registration fee, to the address provided on the registration form. We accept checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Be certain to specify the team name on the registration form.
